Barbossa
The operations agent for the Galleon fleet.
Barbossa started as a multi-agent engineering experiment and now runs three teams: KnowShip for the neighbourhood guides, Shipwright for the ZKP2P products, and USDCtoFiat Growth. The rest of the fleet is the ambition, not yet the reality.
Each product repository still owns its code and its local truth. Barbossa owns the watch: team prompts, cadences, state, health checks, investigations, release lanes, and the console that makes the arrangement legible.
The target is easy to state and slow to reach. Every Galleon product should have a stated health contract, an accountable agent lane, and a path from detected problem to verified fix. Personal and work systems stay in separate pools.
Operating model
What makes Barbossa itself.
- 01
One fleet register
Teams, lanes, scheduled jobs, cadence, and current state are declared once and read from a single operations surface.
- 02
Product-owned truth
Barbossa coordinates the work while each product keeps ownership of its code, instructions, deployment contract, and domain decisions.
- 03
Health to outcome
Checks, investigations, work lanes, release lanes, and outcome review form one chain rather than a pile of disconnected cron jobs.
- 04
Bounded authority
Personal systems stay on personal infrastructure, work agents stay separate, and the calls that need a person still need a person.
